Further expansion set for Acuiti Labs with new investment from Quilvest Capital Partners

Global SAP Consultancy firm Acuiti Labs has received a minority investment from leading global investment manager, Quilvest Capital Partners.

Headquartered in London, Acuiti Labs is a global SAP consulting firm specialising in “Quote to Cash” process transformation and optimisation. Experienced across various industries, Acuiti Labs supports subscription and consumption-based Target Operating Models, which is ‘Anything as a Service’ covering industries like Public Transport, Automotive, Travel and Tourism, Ports (Airports & Seaports), Postal, Telco, Media and Hi-Tech.

Our Corporate & Private Equity team, led by Tom Kelleher and which included Gareth Williams-Davies, Sarah Hale, Hakeem Din, Sara Thomas and Nicole Crumbie, supported by specialists across the firm, advised Acuiti Labs on the investment in a move to support the company in its next phase of growth, with Quilvest as their strategic partners. The transaction had significant international elements to consider, with Acuiti Labs operating with subsidiaries in the UK, US, India and Netherlands, and Quilvest Capital Partners operating from the US. Acuiti Labs were also advised by Houlihan Lokey (Financial) and KPMG (Tax) on the investment.

The investment will support Acuiti Labs’ continued global expansion strategy, with further growth in headcount and investment in technology. With a global and diverse client base, Acuiti Labs delivers solutions aimed at making their customers successful by monetising services, minimising revenue leakage and enhancing financial reporting functionalities. The company derives 40% of its revenue from the U.S. market and 55% from Europe, alongside other international regions.

Manoj Harbhajanka, Acuiti Labs’ Chief Executive Officer, said:

We are thrilled to welcome Quilvest as our strategic partner, poised to support our company in its next phase of growth. Leveraging their professional expertise and extensive network, coupled with Acuiti Labs’s strong positioning and talented management team, we are looking forward to further success.”
