Sara is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
Having completed her training contract at Capital, she is now based in our London office.
Sara advises companies at all stages of their journey along with shareholders, management teams, and investors on various corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and investments.
She also advises on general corporate governance issues and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
