He advises on a wide range of corporate advisory and transactional matters, including management buy outs, asset disposals and purchases, corporate restructures, share buy backs, and provides Companies Act advice.
Some recent highlights include acting on the purchase of a leading audio-visual supplier, the sale of a traffic management solutions company, the purchase of specialist automotive data company, and various investments and acquisitions in the energy sector.
Elis is also a first language Welsh speaker and has 3 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
