Capital law advises Development Bank of Wales on management buy‑out of ALS Managed Services
Capital has provided advice to our client, the Development Bank of Wales, on the management buy-out of ALS Managed Services (ALS People).
ALS Managed Services is a UK recruitment firm specialising in roles for permanent and temporary workers across various industry sectors, including warehousing, logistics, waste/recycling, and the public sector.
This, the second management buy-out in 8 years, was partially funded through a £3.75 million equity and debt package from the Development Bank of Wales, ALS Managed Services’ long-term funding partner.
Chloe Walsh, from Capital’s Corporate and Private Equity team, along with Christopher Lewis and Emily Herrod, from our Debt Finance team, acted for the Development Bank of Wales in the buy-out, advising on debt and equity finding considerations in the deal.
