Nicole is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team and completed her training contract with Capital.
Nicole assists on various corporate transactions and general corporate governance matters, including acquisitions, disposals, investments and group reorganisations.
She also undertook a 4-month secondment during her training contract with one of our clients, where she worked closely with their legal and HR department.
Nicole speaks Swedish and sits on Capital’s Scandinavian/Nordic States desk.
