Nicole is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team and completed her training contract with Capital.
Nicole assists on various corporate transactions and general corporate governance matters, including acquisitions, disposals, investments and group reorganisations.
She undertook a 4-month secondment during her training contract with one of our clients, where she worked closely with their legal and HR department.
Nicole speaks Swedish and sits on Capital’s Scandinavian/Nordic States desk.
