Capital advises Koto on its acquisition of Altiverse
Capital has advised Koto (backed by WestBridge) on its acquisition of Altiverse, a London-based digital design agency.
Altiverse brings deep expertise across product strategy, UX, UI, digital product design and development, strengthening how Koto connects brand and digital.
The Corporate & Private Equity team was led by Sarah Hale and supported by Nicole Crumbie, with specialist advice provided by colleagues across the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Commercial teams.
