SCCI Group acquires SCS Technologies
We have advised SCCI Group on its acquisition of SCS Technologies.
Founded in 2007, the SCCI Group operates within the technical services environment. The group is headquartered in Harlow, Essex and has core expertise in TV and media systems, satellite and fibre distribution networks, security systems, and fire and life safety.
SCS Technologies is recognised for its expertise in TV distribution, digital signage, satellite communications and hospitality technology. The acquisition brings together two respected specialists in the UK’s technology services industry. The move will join SCS Technologies with Airwave Europe, part of the SCCI Group, to create a powerful hospitality technology platform with the scale, technical depth and national reach to deliver and support exceptional guest experiences across the UK.
