Advising TXO on acquisition of Lynx UK

TXO is a leading provider of end-to-end circular telecom network solutions, headquartered in Wales, with a global presence. As telecom operators attempt to juggle continuous network technology innovation while improving their sustainability and environmental impact, the circular economy offers a resolution to this challenge.

TXO supports this journey with end-to-end solutions and services across the equipment lifecycle, from decommissioning and recovery, testing and repair, product supply, reselling, recycling, to other support services. Lynx UK is a specialist network decommissioning and engineering solutions provider. The addition of the Lynx team will allow TXO to deliver turnkey decommissioning, asset management, engineering and test and repair services.

Earlier this year Capital Law advised the shareholders of TXO on the acquisition of a majority stake by London and New York based private equity investment firm TowerBrook. With TowerBrook’s support, TXO continues scaling, expanding into international markets and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
