Advising Recovery Care group’s shareholders on sale to Accomplish Group
South Wales based Recovery Care has been acquired by Birmingham-headquartered Accomplish Group, which provides specialist support to more than 1,000 people across England and Wales.
Capital Law’s corporate team acted for Recovery Care’s owners, Conor Rooney and Andrea Williams, on the deal.
Recovery Care provides specialist supported living services to people with complex mental ill health, learning disabilities or substance misuse. Founded in 2012 by Conor and Andrea, they have grown the group over the past decade to provide support for 70 service users across its portfolio of 13 supported living homes.
