She advises on acquisitions, disposals and private equity, acting for private equity funds, management teams, companies, directors and individual shareholders. She often works on cross-border as well as UK transactions.
Mel is a key member of our highly experienced healthcare team, having completed several specialist care deals last year alone with a total deal value of over £100 million.
She also provides advice on insolvency and deals involving distressed businesses.
