Capital Law has advised Foresight Group on its new investment in Play Revolution
SME investment manager, Foresight Group (Foresight), has recently invested in a leading UK designer and manufacturer of bespoke indoor play systems, Play Revolution Limited (Play Revolution), supported by our Corporate & Private Equity team.
This transaction marks Foresight’s tenth investment from the Investment Fund for Wales (IFW), since its launch. This investment follows Foresight’s trend of investing in promising growing companies across Wales.
Our Corporate & Private Equity experts Gareth Williams-Davies, Cerith Bevan and Sara De Rinaldis assisted by Benjamin Liebenberg and Sadie Vidal worked closely with the Foresight team to support them throughout this significant investment. Our Debt Finance team, led by Chris Lewis and supported by Michael Bolous and Emily Herrod, also played a leading role assisting with the debt funding aspects of the investment.
Wrexham based, Play Revolution is a leading designer and manufacturer of indoor play equipment, while its subsidiary, TAG Active, has developed an innovative, technology driven arena system that brings together fitness, gaming and entertainment. This investment will expand and strengthen the companies’ commercial and operational capacity and will also provide the foundations for the next phase of UK and international growth.
