Benjamin is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
He advises on UK and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, growth capital raises, reorganisations and restructurings. He has acted on transactions backed by leading private equity and private capital investors, including Foresight Group, WestBridge, Chiltern Capital, Averroes Capital, Inflexion and Triton Partners.
He also advises on wider corporate advisory matters, governance, shareholder arrangements, management incentives and employee equity. Previously, Benjamin worked within Swansea University’s in-house legal general counsel, supporting a broad range of commercial, regulatory and compliance matters across the University.
Benjamin’s international experience, gained from living and studying in South Africa, Israel and the UK, gives him a broad perspective when working on cross-border and commercially complex matters. He holds a first-class LLB and achieved a distinction in his combined LPC/LLM from Swansea University.
