Sadie qualified as a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team in July 2024.
Sadie advises investors, companies, and shareholders on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and management buyouts. Sadie also gained a wide range of experience in advising on legal matters to the finance sector during her training contract.
Prior to starting her legal career, Sadie spent time as a Policy Advisor at the Welsh Parliament and also worked in media and public relations. Sadie studied Economics and History at Swansea University, before studying for her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Certificate at Cardiff University.
