Page Baldwin

Page is our Head of Learning and Development, responsible for shaping the learning and development strategy and managing the Academy Team. Completing her education in Australia, she has spent 17 years working in Human Resources specialising in implementing organisational development strategy, cultural change and the development of robust talent and performance initiatives across the full colleague lifecycle.

Starting her HR career in the UK, she decided early on that she was most passionate about supporting colleagues to recognise their potential and has actively pursued work that allows her to build and implement talent development frameworks, early careers programmes, and innovative learning and development solutions that are accessible to all colleagues at their point of need.

Having worked as a Learning and Organisational Development leader across several industries including manufacturing, oil and gas and most recently academic publishing, she has extensive experience within diverse, global and commercial organisations. She is a qualified change management practitioner and coach and loves being able to bring creativity and collaboration to her work.
