Angharad is an Associate in our Employment and Immigration team.

She advises on various contentious and non-contentious matters for both private and public sector clients.

Angharad specialises in employment tribunal litigation both in the public and private sector and provides advice on all aspects of employment law and HR including managing sickness, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies,  performance management, as well as drafting and reviewing policies and handbooks. She also has extensive experience in advising on and negotiating exits via settlement agreements (and COT3 agreements).

Angharad regularly delivers training on various employment related topics as well as general employment law updates.

  • Preparing ET3 responses, disclosure exercises/bundle preparation for various clients facing employment tribunal claims. Representing clients at preliminary hearings, advising on litigation risk/strategy, instructing and liaising with counsel, and providing guidance to clients on the employment tribunal process.
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions on HR/employment law matters, as well as providing bespoke training tailored towards the public sector.
  • Providing day to day HR and employment law support for large businesses based all over the UK.
