Alison is a Principal Associate in our Employment & Immigration team  

She advises employers across different sectors on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law related issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, long-term sickness absence, discrimination, business reorganisation and restructuring, redundancy, business protection and TUPE.  She has significant experience of acting for clients in Employment Tribunal matters, often involving complex multi-party litigation.  

Alison regularly supports the Corporate team in advising on employment law matters across a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.  She consults and advises on employment due diligence to identify the risks, ensuring retention of key staff and that employment liabilities are identified and incorporated within deal negotiations. 

She is also experienced in carrying out workplace investigations on behalf of clients and brings her legal knowledge and skill to the forefront when dealing with complex and sensitive issues to assist businesses.
