Alex is a Principal Associate and provides employment and immigration advice.  

Alex leads the business immigration team, successfully helping companies obtain a sponsor licence and understand their compliance duties. Alex works with employers on understanding right to work checking processes and avoiding illegal working. She has a particular expertise on global mobility and advises clients on the issues around international remote working.  

Alex advises on all areas of employment law but with a particular focus on HR advisory work, employee exits, discipline and performance management, grievances, gender pay gap reporting and equal pay. She is an experienced investigator and has provided support on a range of complex disciplinary and grievance issues.  

Alex has over 11 years’ experience and has been mentioned in The Legal 500 for her calm and professional approach.
