Alex is a Principal Associate in our Employment and Immigration team. She advises businesses and individuals on both employment disputes and transactional matters. She also provides corporate immigration advice.

Alex has worked with the Employment and Immigration team to support many businesses across a range of industries, including tech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail and the food and drink/hospitality sector. She leads the business immigration team, successfully helping many companies obtain a sponsor licence and understand their compliance duties once the licence is in place. Alex works with all employers on understanding correct right to work checking processes and avoiding illegal working. She has a particular expertise on global mobility and advising clients on the issues involved with international remote working.

Alex also advises on all areas of employment law but with a particular focus on general HR advisory work, employee exits, discipline and performance management, grievances, gender pay gap reporting and family friendly rights. She is an experienced investigator and has provided independent investigation support on a range of complex disciplinary and grievance issues.

Alex has over 11 years’ experience and has been mentioned in The Legal 500 for her calm and professional approach.

Alex regularly delivers training and workshops on a range of topics including correct right to work checking processes, global mobility and sponsor compliance.
