Before joining Capital, Olena spent 10 years working for leading Ukrainian and international law firms. She also previously held marketing and communications roles in various sectors, including automotive, retail, and telecommunications.

Olena has vast experience in business development, marketing communications, brand management, thought leadership, and content with a passion for driving business results through creativity and innovation. Olena is working with our marketing and legal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop a new set of client relationships, and generate new business.
