Cally-Jo Purnell

Cally-Jo is our Compliance Manager in the Governance team.

Cally-Jo is responsible for ensuring the firm maintains internal and external regulatory standards throughout the course of business, and maintains effective compliance management. She oversees the firm’s compliance monitoring plan, the implementation of company policies across all legal teams, regular auditing of policies and procedures, and designing internal control systems and monitoring adherence to them.

Cally-Jo previously spent 8 years at Deloitte as a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst specialising in client onboarding and customer due diligence, and data privacy through the application of GDPR principles and data protection obligations. She also has experience in the legal sector having worked at Eversheds Sutherland for 8 years, working in litigation for secured and unsecured debt recovery.
