PER senior management team complete Management Buyout, marking new era of growth
Our Corporate & Private Equity team has advised the senior management team of Private Equity Recruitment Ltd (PER) on the successful management buyout of the business, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the specialist private markets executive search firm.
Founded in 1997, PER is a leading international search specialist for private markets professionals, with offices across Europe, North America and Asia. The deal reflects the team’s long-term commitment to the business, its people and clients, and provides a platform to strengthen its position.
The management team was advised by Tom Kelleher, Ellie Shanahan and Elle McCook from our Corporate & Private Equity team, together with specialist support from other teams across the firm.
