Elle is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team specialising in mergers, acquisitions and investments.

She advises and assists on a broad range of corporate transaction work including acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, investments, loans and general director / shareholder matters.

Regularly advise and assist a provider of professional trustee, administration services in relation to loans from small, self-administered schemes (SSAS pensions) to sponsoring employees.
Assisted with the equity co-investment from DBW, Waterloo Foundation and VC Fund Wesley Clover into a Welsh security training company.
Assisted on the disposal of Cardiff based leading drainage and waste disposal company Wales Environmental Holdings Limited.
Assisted with a £3million Investment into a leading UK provider of Open Banking and Confirmation of Payee solutions.
Advised the buyer on the acquisition of a Pembrokeshire based care home.
