Sophie Evans

Sophie is a Solicitor in our Employment & Immigration team.

Sophie qualified into the team in September 2025 following the completion of her training contract with the firm. Based in our London office, her practice focuses on employment litigation. Sophie advises employers and individuals on claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and unlawful deductions from wages, managing matters from initial assessment through to hearing, settlement, or other resolution. She also advises on settlement agreements, senior exits, and redundancy processes, and provides general employment law advice.

Following qualification, Sophie serves as a mentor on the LEAP programme and provides advice to individuals through the University of South Wales Pro Bono initiative. Sophie was also previously an Events Officer on the Cardiff and South-East Wales Junior Lawyers Division Committee.
