Myles has significant experience in employment tribunal litigation and associated work, undertaking his own advocacy where possible. Myles has a particular interest in discrimination claims and is recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Key Lawyer” for his employment tribunal work.

During his legal training, Myles acted as the point of contact for internal and external data protection compliance; he now regularly advises clients on their requirements under the GPDR and Data Protection Act 2018. Myles provides strategic advice to clients on the use of data rights in litigation.

Myles has a keen interest in Gaming and Sports Law, and regularly drafts publications in this area. Myles sits as an Independent Appeal Panel Chairperson for the Football Association of Wales, hearing cases throughout the Welsh football pyramid.

Acting for Anthony Finn against British Bung Manufacturing Company Limited. Mr Finn was successful with claims for wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, and sex discrimination (harassment). This case established that referring to baldness could amount to harassment related to sex under the Equality Act 2010. 

Appointed to sit as a judicial member (Independent Appeal Panel Chairperson) for the Football Association of Wales.

Acting for a client in a sexual harassment and victimisation claim and achieving a near six figure settlement. 

Acting for a senior NHS surgeon in a high-profile whistleblowing claim and achieving a six-figure settlement at Final Hearing.

Acting against an Intergrated Care Board in a successful claim and settlement for deemed employment status and unfair dismissal.

Acting for a client in successfully appealing a redundancy/suitable alternative employment offer and re-negotiating a £230,000 contractual redundancy payment.
