India assists on various corporate transactions and general corporate governance matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, management buyouts and group reorganisations.

India obtained her Bachelor of Law degree and Legal Practice Certificate from Cardiff University. India also holds a PRINCE2 certification, bringing structured project management proficiency to legal matters.
