Georgia is an Associate in our Banking and Finance Team.  

Georgia initially specialised in real estate work before she transitioned to Banking and Finance work in a top-tier Banking & Finance team in Cardiff.

She has experience acting for a variety of clients including banks, alternative finance lenders, national and multinational companies, local authorities and charities.

Georgia has particular experience in real estate finance, grant funding and debt finance transactions.

  • Acted for the UK branch of a multinational group on a revolving credit facility of £4m and the granting of security from certain subsidiaries.
  • Acted for a commercial lender on the banking and finance aspects of a corporate restructure of their customer group with a transaction value of £28m.
  • Acted for a large national company on a full refinance of all senior outstanding debt and a further increase of debt funds to exceed £75m in total.
  • Advised a local authority on the provision of grant funding in relation to the development of a sports ground and infrastructure improvements to the surrounding area.
  • Acted for a commercial lender on a revolving credit facility with a maximum facility of £85m to provide finance for a real estate portfolio.
