Primary Water Solutions joins Celnor Group
We have advised the shareholders of Primary Water Solutions on the sale of the company to Celnor Group.
Founded in 2011, Primary Water Solutions specialises in water and air hygiene focusing on preventing legionella outbreaks and other waterborne risks. The company provides risk assessments, monitoring and training to a wide range of UK organisations.
Celnor Group, backed by private equity fund, Inflexion, provides critical data for compliance, safety and sustainability aims.
The company was advised by Capital’s Corporate and Private Equity team, led by Angelina Drljaca-Chandler and supported by Alex Prothero and Benjamin Liebenberg, alongside specialists from across the firm. Anesi Advisors, an investment bank specialising in exits and growth capital also advised the sellers on the deal.
