Our Corporate & Private Equity team has had another busy year, working with some of our amazing clients on high-value deals across a range of sectors both nationally and internationally.
The team worked on over 65 deals, including acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, investments, asset purchases and refinancings. The combined value of the deals totals more than £750 million.

- the shareholders of Payara on the sale to Thoma Bravo-backed Azul, who offer a unified, enterprise-grade Java solution worldwide
- LLCP-backed Improve International on the acquisition of Finium and supporting on other acquisitions including that of Central CPD
- PixelHouse Group, a WestBridge-backed company on the acquisition of Aztec Event Services
