Hannah Francis

Hannah is a Compliance Manager in the Governance team.

Hannah is responsible for ensuring the firm maintains internal and external regulatory standards throughout the course of business and maintains effective compliance management. She oversees the firm’s compliance monitoring plan, regular auditing of policies and procedures, and designing internal control systems and monitoring adherence to them.

Over the ten years prior to joining Capital, Hannah held a variety of roles in the Financial Services sector.
