Emma is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team specialising in mergers, acquisitions and investments.

Emma initially specialised in Banking and Finance in a top-tier Banking and Finance team in Cardiff, acting for institutional lenders, challenger banks, and corporate organisations advising on debt, equity and leverage finance, real estate finance, and intercreditor arrangements.

Emma has transitioned into Corporate and Private Equity, utilising her transactional skills to advise and assist on a broad range of corporate transaction work.

This has included acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, investments, loans and general director / shareholder matters.

Advised the shareholders of Prosser Knowles Associates Limited on the sale of the company to Perspective Financial Group Ltd.

Freight Logistics Solutions
Advised Freight Logistics Solutions on the successful exit of the Development Bank of Wales and its new loan facility with NatWest Bank Plc.

Advised on a £3.6 million investment into an ultra-pure water distribution network company.
