Emma initially specialised in Banking and Finance in a top-tier Banking and Finance team in Cardiff, acting for institutional lenders, challenger banks, and corporate organisations advising on debt, equity and leverage finance, real estate finance, and intercreditor arrangements.
Emma has transitioned into Corporate and Private Equity, utilising her transactional skills to advise and assist on a broad range of corporate transaction work.
This has included acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, investments, loans and general director / shareholder matters.
