Emma is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team specialising in mergers, acquisitions and investments.
Emma initially specialised in Banking and Finance in a top-tier Banking and Finance team in Cardiff, acting for institutional lenders, challenger banks and corporate organisations advising on debt, equity and leverage finance, real estate finance and intercreditor arrangements.
Emma transitioned to Corporate and Private Equity, utilising her transactional skills to advise and assist on a broad range of corporate transaction work including acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, investments, loans and general director / shareholder matters.
- Advised a Cardiff based leading sports Company on receipt of funding in relation to the development of a sports ground and infrastructure improvements to the surrounding area.
- Assisted with a £18million disposal of a Welsh based health and safety training course provider.
- Assisted with a £5.5million investment into a leading AI voice isolation technology company.
- Advised a leading adventure holiday booking platform company on its £1million co-investment from DBW and Waterspring Ventures.
