Emily is our HR Coordinator.

Emily is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle – from offer to onboarding.

Emily has significant experience across the whole employee lifecycle process, from issuing and the distribution of employment and contractual information, previous experience in recruitment as well as being the lead on numerous processes such as onboarding, payroll, system maintenance and delivery of the HR strategy.

She is proficient in the administration and use of HR systems, and is the first point of contact for any internal department representatives and employee queries.

Before joining us, Emily worked within the Local Government and Arts sectors for over 6 years.

Emily is a fluent Welsh speaker.
