Dan is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Private Equity team.

Dan trained with a large Bristol based firm and worked as an associate at a large transatlantic firm before joining Capital in 2025.

Dan advises on various corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and investments as well as general corporate governance issues.
