Bo is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services team.
Bo is a barrister with over 12 years’ PQE, with extensive FCA experience.
She was formerly a Legal Adviser for the Financial Conduct Authority’s Regulatory Decisions Committee, where she advised the decision-making panel in contested enforcement matters in regulatory proceedings under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Cases often involved household-name banks and high-profile regulated individuals in market sensitive matters, resulting in multi-million pound penalties, prohibition orders and public censures.

Bo was also a lawyer in the FCA’s Enforcement division, advising on disclosure, s.165 information requirements, s.166 skilled person reports, interviews with subject firms and individuals (including MLROs), stage 1 settlement negotiations, and drafting annotated warning notices.
Outside of Capital Law, Bo sits as an Independent Panel Member for Police Misconduct Hearings.
