Prosser Knowles Associates Limited joins Perspective Financial Group Limited
We have advised the shareholders of Prosser Knowles Associates Ltd on the sale of the company to Perspective Financial Group Ltd.
Prosser Knowles Associates Ltd is a leading financial and wealth management advisory firm. Established in 1987, the company provides expert independent financial advice and wealth management services across the South West of England to private individuals, trustees and businesses.
Perspective Financial is a leading, national independent financial advice group operating out of more than 55 offices across the UK, providing whole of market financial planning to both personal and corporate clients alike.
The shareholders were advised by Capital’s Corporate and Private Equity team led by Angelina Drljaca-Chandler and supported by Emma King and India Link-Jones. Anesi Advisors, an investment bank specialising in exits and growth capital also advised the sellers on the deal.
