Commercial Disputes
India is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
India joined Capital after completing the LLB Law degree and the LPC at Cardiff University.
During her time at Cardiff University, India was involved with several Pro-Bono projects. These included volunteering in Cardiff Civil and Family Justice Centre; helping to reinstate a project within the University to provide legal advice to grassroots rugby clubs; and a project involving writing to multiple cross party Welsh Government groups on ideas on the future of electric transport in Wales.
