This is the latest in a number of investment deals Pwinty have made as their business has grown, but is the first involving Finance Wales.
The funds will be used by the company to expand and develop their business and continue the strong growth and success they have had over the past few years.
Capital has been advising Pwinty Ltd since their first investment round back in 2014. Nick de Figueiredo acted for Pwinty Ltd on this recent fundraiser, with the deal completing on 22 August 2016.
