Chloe is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

Having completed her training contract with Capital, Chloe qualified into the team in July 2021.

She acts on all aspects of corporate work and has acted on a variety of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, and management buyouts.

Advised WestBridge on their support of the management buyout of international digital commerce agency Tryzens.
