Owner & Occupier

We help you make the most of your estate.

Our straightforward and practical approach helps you manage your property portfolio end to end. We’ll help you to maximise the value of your assets, by supporting the day-to-day management of your properties.

For corporate clients
We’ll advise and guide you throughout the lifecycle of your occupation. Whether that’s from securing new premises or renewal negotiations, through to lease breaks, property disposal or relocation.

For larger property portfolio clients
We regularly advise on risk mitigation strategies for surplus properties, service charge demand challenges and pro-active asset management. We have a particular focus on office, retailers, manufacturing and industrial occupiers and owners.

  • Investing in the Welsh market marks the next step of our ambitious growth strategy. Hannah and the Capital Law team were very responsive and always at the end of the phone, keeping us regularly updated. Their quick turnaround and ability to work to tight deadlines ensured the deal completed before Christmas.

  • AJM have worked with the Capital team for several years. When we first engaged with Capital, we were gearing up for growth which meant selecting multiple sites across England for servicing commercial contracts with the NHS.

The lead in time to mobilise in new locations is often extremely tight – since working with Capital, the number of sites we now occupy under varying lease arrangements has risen to 32.

The Capital team have worked hard to support our growth plan, by gaining a deep understanding of our business, helping us plan ahead and to ultimately deliver on timescales that often seem impossible.

It has been a bit of a rollercoaster at times, but we’ve had a lot of fun along the way!
