You will have a dedicated relationship manager. There are no fixed rules about how you communicate with us to use the Capitalise service though – so it’s up to you whether you want advice by telephone, video calls, email or face-to-face.
Initial conversations will help us to get a better understanding of your specific requirements and working preferences, so we can adapt accordingly. We will then arrange to meet every 6 months to review our relationship and discuss your evolving business needs.
We will also receive monthly email newsletters on employment law developments, and bulletins on specific news tailored to your sector.
As you grow, you and your legal team may need something more than our outsourced general counsel services. Capital can make secondees available to you, to benefit from our experience and to help with resourcing issues. Secondments can be useful to help us better understand each other’s culture and operations.

Our added value training service means that as well as having access, at no charge, to all of our employment law, commercial, data protection and intellectual property breakfast briefings (held in Cardiff and London), you will also benefit from bespoke training sessions delivered at a discounted rate, and at a UK location of your choice.

We work with you based on transparent hourly rates for smaller queries, or with up-front costs scoping for larger projects, to ensure you always have costs clarity.
