Vikki is an Associate in our Real Estate division.

Vikki is a Chartered Legal Executive and leads our Social Housing Sector within the Real Estate Division. Her role includes working closely with various Social Housing providers in particular Valleys to Coast and Trivallis. She deals with a range of both commercial and residential property matters which include acquisitions, asset management, lease work, surrender and buy back, auctions and development works.

Vikki’s understands the core business needs for clients and what it takes to see through projects from the early strategy stages to successful completion and regularly advises on pro-active asset management, including implementing new processes and systems around revised strategies for risk mitigation.

She also assists in the wider Real Estate Team, working for clients in the public and private sector on a range of commercial property transactions.

Advising on and undertaking a commercial portfolio disposal for a mix of properties being sold at auction and open market sales

Assisting on the acquisition of a community playcentre and advising on various planning agreements as part of a wider development for Valleys to Coast.

Advising housing associations on all aspects of property transactions including right to acquire, buy, surrender and repurchase, acquisitions, disposals, discharge of charges, consents, auction packs, leases.

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama
Advising on the acquisition of a long leasehold interest in a prominent listed building for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Disposal of residential plots
Acting in the disposal of residential plots including advising on compliance with the client’s planning agreements.
