Stephen’s core work involves disputes arising from breaches of contract, trust or duty that often relate to an underlying fraud. Stephen is adept at advising on complex disputes that blend all these aspects, and more.

He has acted in a number of high profile matters against government departments that have attracted a high level of public interest.
