Sarah is a Principal Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team. 

She advises investors, companies and management teams on a wide range of corporate transactions, with particular experience in private acquisitions and disposals, and private equity investments.

Sarah’s practice covers UK and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare, tech & software, entertainment, green industry, financial services and consultancy businesses. She advises on all other aspects of corporate work, including group reorganisations, investments into early and growth stage businesses, joint ventures, management buyouts and corporate governance issues.

Before joining Capital, Sarah was based in London as an associate with a large international law firm, where she focused on the insurance industry, advising insurers, financial institutions, private equity clients and start-ups on transactional and regulatory matters.
