Ryan Edwards is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
Ryan assists on various corporate transactions and general corporate governance matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, management buyouts and group reorganisations.
Prior to starting his legal career, Ryan played professional rugby in the English Premiership. Transitioning from sport to law, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Open University, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. His unique background brings discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking to his legal career.
