Kellsey is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. She previously worked as a Commercial & Legal Assistant in the Oil & Gas industry for three years.
Kellsey works with clients across the Commercial team on a variety of commercial and corporate work. She specialises in supply agreements, terms and conditions, commercial due diligence, Consultancy agreements, IP audits and Data protection.
She was recently recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2024 Legal 500 rankings in relation to Intellectual Property.

- Regularly drafts privacy policies, commercial contracts incorporating GDPR compliant provisions and has advised on compliance with, and responding to, data subject access requests.
