Jazzmin Howell

Jazzmin is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.

Jazzmin joined Capital as a Solicitor after completing her training at a regional law firm.

She works for clients in the public, private and charity sector on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.

Jazzmin is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Acting for a North Wales housing association in the sale of several of their properties. All work for this client was carried out in Welsh.
Supporting and advising a utilities company on numerous deeds of grant over new development sites to enable them to run electricity cables. This included reviewing titles and negotiating certain points with the landowners.
Acting for a local council on small lending transactions to individuals and companies. This included carrying out the standard due diligence.
Managing a portfolio of industrial units for a landlord based in Cardiff, including granting numerous leases to tenants.
Acting for a client in a review of its unregistered title deeds. This included a large portfolio of properties with an in depth report on anything that may be an issue for a future sale and how to rectify any problems.
Acting for landlords, tenants and charities on a range of transactions.
