Dafydd is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.
Dafydd is experienced in advising a range of clients on various issues such as breach of contract, Debt Recovery and Insolvency. Dafydd also has experience arranging litigation funding and acting on behalf of clients who have the benefit of litigation funding. His work has also included claims based in fraud, claims under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and intellectual property.
Dafydd acts on behalf of claimants or defendants in claims in both the County Court and High Court.
