Catherine James

Catherine is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team, specialising in mergers, acquisitions and investments.

Catherine works on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and investments.

She recently undertook a 3 month secondment to an InsurTech business Zego. During her secondment she acted as in-house counsel dealing with various contract negotiations and reviews.

Catherine also has a masters in Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Practice.

The consortium of investors on the acquisition of Dragons RFC and their Rodney Parade home.
The acquisition of BW Riddle by KJB Consulting, as part of a transaction backed by Harwood Private Capital and industry expert Tom Bird.
Matthew Kibble on the sale of MKT Logistics Ltd to Turners (Soham) Ltd.
The shareholders of bChannels, including longstanding client and private equity firm WestBridge Capital, on the sale of the business to The Channel Company, backed by US based EagleTree Capital.
The management team of GTS Flexible Materials on a significant minority investment from Growth Capital Partners
Victorian Sliders on its £14m investment from BGF.
The shareholders of Crusader Medical Care on the sale to Envivo Group.
