Cath is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
She advises on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and investments. Cath acts for investors, management teams, companies, directors and individual shareholders.
She has undertaken a 3 month secondment to an InsurTech business Zego. During her secondment she acted as in-house counsel dealing with various contract negotiations and reviews.
Another large focus of Cath’s time and advice is for companies on corporate re-organisations, particularly in preparation for a disposal.
Cath also has a masters in Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Practice.
