Corporate & Private Equity at Capital Law: 2023 deals review

Our Corporate & Private Equity team has had another busy year, working with some of our amazing clients on high-value deals across a range of sectors.

The team worked on over 46 deals, including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts (MBOs), group reorganisations and investments and fundraises, with a combined deal value totalling more than £500 million.
