Celyn is a Solicitor within the Commercial Disputes team specialising in Property Litigation.
Celyn qualified as a solicitor in December 2025 and has a breadth of experience in commercial property matters – both contentious and transactional. Prior to starting her training contract in 2024, Celyn joined Capital as a paralegal within the Real Estate team in 2022. During her time as a paralegal Celyn helped on complex leases, assignments (of both residential and commercial property) as well as lease assignments and real estate finance matters.
During her time in the Commercial Disputes team Celyn has advised local authorities on complex property development investments, break notices and their conditions, complex dilapidation matters as well as residential disrepair matters for social housing bodies.
Outside of Property Litigation, Celyn has experience with contractual disputes, insolvency matters and environmental disputes.
