Alex is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

He acts on all aspects of corporate work, advising on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and management buyouts. He also advises on company incorporations and general corporate governance issues.

Alex trained at Capital and spent a year as a Paralegal in our Corporate & Private Equity team on a professional placement. He qualified in 2023.

Advised the founder and managing director of 20/30 Labs Limited on the sale of the company to Normec.

Advised the consortium of investors on the acquisition of Dragons RFC.

Advising Westbridge-backed APEM on its acquisition of NASH Maritime and Macro Works.

WestBridge
Advising WestBridge on the management buyout and £17m investment in Smart Capital Technology, and on the management buyout and investment in Techex, a UK cloud and video over IP specialist.

Advising Averroes Capital, on the management buyout and investment in Journey Hospitality.
