Cerith is an Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
He advises investors, companies and shareholders on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, management buyouts. Cerith also heads up Capital’s Company Secretarial support team, and advises on the transition of companies to employee ownership via Employment Ownership Trusts (EOTs).
Cerith trained at Capital and qualified in 2022. Prior to starting his legal career, Cerith spent several years as an insurance broker for a leading firm of brokers, specialising in legal indemnity insurance.
Cerith is a fluent Welsh speaker.
